1. Do I need to supply drawings or designs?

We can help you with all that; through a survey and consultation we'll listen to your ideas and requirements, make a few of our own suggestions and then pull together a design for you which looks great and functions beautifully.

2. Are you a trust worthy company?

With 12 years' experience between us working in domestic properties across the South East working with vulnerable people you can rest assure you are in safe hands. All our team has been CRB checked, we have public liability insurance and show case all our work as we are proud of what we do.

3. How long will the work take?

We will give a time scale on each project, some jobs such as a boiler change can be completed within 1 day where a fully fitted kitchen with new electrics, plastered, and decorated, new flooring can take 2 weeks or more depending on the size. Each project will vary on time frame so on your full written quotation we will include how long the job will take.

4. Do you quote for projects or give estimates?

TSPH only carry out fully written quotations unless specified otherwise by a client. Our price is the fixed price based on what we can see when we view the job, the only time our price would change would be if there was an underlying problem which requires rectifying. We would of course repair/ sort this for you at an extra agreed cost at the time of coming across the issue. This is not something that happens often however we like to inform our customers.

This would be the process if this did arise. An estimate is not a fixed price which could escalate once the project has been started, we do not do this unless asked for by a client as we believe in a fixed priced. For more information please click here

5. What payment methods do you take?

We take bank transfers and cheques and allow 5/6 working days for payments to clear before we start a project, on larger projects we take payments in accordance with purchasing a lot of materials and getting them ordered to site. We also accept all major debit and credit cards giving our clients more options when it comes to paying for your home improvements, please note a charge of 2.5 % applies on these transactions.

6. How do I know TSPH are the right company to carry out my home improvement?

We carry out all work to high standards and have customer testimonials on our site also we have been vetted through Trustatrader, allowing all our customers to leave feedback which is made available for future customers. We are fully insured and hold all relevant qualifications to carry out the installation to the highest of standards taking all relevant building regulations into consideration.
